ان شـركـة Siemens A. G. الـمسـجـلـة بـتـاريــخ 8/1/1994، تحت رقم 944 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع(،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 4/1/2018، بموجب كتاب مـسـجـل لدينا بالرقم 278/2018، بأنها قد منحت توكيلا الـى كـل مـن الأستاذ سيد طاهر نذير كمدير عـام لـفـرع الشـركـة فـي لبـنـان، والأستاذ حسان (محمد منير) إبراهيم الدرة كمدير إداري لفرعها في لبنان، مـع منحـهـمـا بالاتحاد الصلاحيات اللازمة الـواردة فـي سند التوكيل الـمشار إليه أعــلاه، والـمؤرخ في 24/11/2017، والذي يبقى صالحا لغاية 31/12/2018

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلـم والخبر.
