إن وزير الاعلام

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 220 تاريخ 22/5/2006 (ترخيص الـمطبوعة(،

بناء على الطلب الـمقدم من السيد علي زكريا الحلاق، والـمسجل تحت رقم 3037 تاريخ 9/11/2017 (طلب الغاء ترخيص الـمطبوعة).

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

بناء على اقتراح الـمدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يلغى ترخيص مطبوعة {MOTORAI} النصف شهرية، غير السياسية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
