إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل مجل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في جبل لبنان تحت رقم 2051238 تاريخ 30/10/2017

بإسم "دار ناريمان للنشر"

بناء على طلب الـمقدم من السيدة ناريمان جمال علوش، والـمسجل تحت رقم 3503 تاريخ 18/12/2017 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار(،

بناء على اقتراح الـمدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تمنح السيدة ناريمان جمال علوش، اللبنانية الجنسية، ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر بإسم «دار ناريمان للنشر»، تتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسها.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
