إن شركة ACNIELSEN CYPRUS LIMITED المسجلة بتاريخ 17/6/2010، تحت رقم 2554 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/1/2018، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1501/2018،

بأنها قد عينت كلاًّ من السيدتين روزي صادق وجوليانا ضاهر لتكونا الممثلتين القانونيتين لفرعها في لبنان المسمى Amer Research Limited،

ولتنفيذ أي أو كافة الأعمال والأفعال الوارد ذكرها في سند التوكيل المعطى لهما بهذا الشأن، والصادر في 1/9/2017، والصالح لمدة سنتين أي لغاية 1/9/2019.
