إن وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1021437 تاريخ 25/7/2016 بإسم «دار نهوض للدراسات والنشر ش.م.ل".

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الشركة المذكورة والمسجل تحت رقم 568 تاريخ 28/2/2018 (طلب ابدال اسم الدار).

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يبدل اسم دار النشر المسماة: «دار نهوض للدراسات والنشر» ليصبح «مركز نهوض للدراسات والنشر» على ان يتحمل السيد قاسم احمد منصور مسؤولية الدار.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا لاقرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
