ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1023165 تاريخ 29/8/2017 بإسم {Luqoom}

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الآنسة رشا رياض مرتضى، والمسجل تحت رقم 2746 تاريخ 12/10/2017 ، (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار).

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تمنح الآنسة رشا رياض مرتضى اللبنانية الجنسية، ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر بإسم Luqoom تتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسها.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
