إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما المادة الثامنة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 12745 تاريخ 10/1/2018 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2018،

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 8/1/18 تاريخ 15/3/2018،

يُقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة طه للصيرفة» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 201 .

المادة 2

يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويُبلَّغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
