إن وزير الإتصالات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 431 تاريخ 22/07/2007 (قانون الإتصالات) ولاسيما المادتين 50 و51 منه،

بناء على الدستور ولاسيما المادة 66 منه،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يلغى القرار رقم 623/1 الصادر عن وزير الإتصالات بتاريخ 11/09/2013

المادة 2

تطبق آليات العمل بموضوع توفير معدات الإتصالات وإدخالها الى الأراضي اللبنانية وفقا للآليات والقواعد المعمول بها قبل صدور القرار المذكور في المادة الاولى من هذا القرار.

المادة 3

يعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
