ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ عكار رقم 471/ب تاريخ 21/3/2018،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الإشراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977، (قانون البلديات وتعديلاته)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية خربة شار - محافظة عكار منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه،

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ عكار القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية خربة شار حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
