إن شركة ومضة فينتشورز م.د.م.س. WAMDA VENTURES DMCC المسجلة بتاريخ 26/12/2013، تحت رقم 2755 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 3/7/2018، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8771/2018، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرار المدراء الصادر في 15/5/2018

1- قبول استقالة المدير المحلي لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، السيدة ناتالي اقليليان، وتوكيل المدير المحلي الجديد القيام بكافة الإجراءات اللازمة لإنهاء خدماتها.

2- تعيين السيد فارس فادي غندور مديراً محليا للمكتب التمثيلي المذكور، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة لإدارة هذا المكتب، والوارد ذكرها في قرار المدراء المشار إليه أعلاه.
