إن شركة ODASS S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 18/4/2015، تحت رقم 2808 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)
قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/7/2018، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8906/2018، بأنها قد قررت إقفال مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان والذي يحمل اسم ODAS Liban Bureau de Representation وذلك بموجب القرار الصادر بتاريخ 19/1/2018
وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العام والخبر.
