إن شركة ARK Group DMCC، المسجلة بتاريخ 23/1/2017، تحت رقم 2876 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)
قد صرحت بتاريخ 13/7/2018، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9339/2018،
