إن شركة DVK INSAAT TURIZM MUHENDISLIK SANAYI IC VE DIS TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI المسجلة بتاريخ 22/2/2017، تحت رقم 2881 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 29/8/2018، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 11541/2010، بأن مجلس إدارة الشركة، في اجتماعه المنعقد بتاريخ 6/8/2018، قد اتخذ القرارات التالية:

1- إنهاء عمل السيد Serkan KarabiyiK كمدير لفرع الشركة في لبنان، وذلك اعتبارا من 6/8/2018

2- تعيين السيد Said O+zkan Aktugî كمدير للفرع المذكور أعلاه، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة.

3- منح السيد Cengiz Ka5maz صلاحيات مصرفية، وصلاحيات تمثيل الفرع أمام المؤسسات الحكومية الرسمية، وصلاحيات أخرى ورد ذكرها في الاجتماع المنوه عنه أعلاه.

وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
