إن شركة Solidiance Asia Pacific Pte Ltd المسجلة بتاريخ 23/2/2016، تحت رقم 2847 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/9/2018، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1874/2018، بأنها قد عينت، بتاريخ 19/7/2018، السيد رضا الشاب ليكون المفوض يالتوقيع عن الشركة وباسمها للقيام بالاعمال التالية وفق التعليمات الصادرة بقرار مجلس الإدارة:

1- هو مفوض لتسيير كافة الإجراءات الإدارية والقانونية في لبنان لتسجيل الفرع في غرفة الصناعة والتجارة في لبنان.

2- هو مفوض لتعيين أو توكيل الشخص المناسب للقيام بالأعمال نيابة عن الشركة.

مع منح المفوض بالتوقيع المذكور مطلق الصلاحيات للقيام بأي عمل ضروري ومناسب للقيام بالمذكور.

وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
