إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 وتعديلاته (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته (قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية) لا سيما المادة 21 منه.

بناء على المرسوم 4082 تاريخ 14/10/2000 وتعديلاته (تنظيم وزارة الداخلية والبلديات)

بناء على كتاب محافظ عكار رقم 2653/2016 تاريخ 10/10/2016 .

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تكف يد مختار قرية حنيدر - محافظة عكار السيد يوسف عبد اللطيف الاحمد وذلك سندا للمادة (21) من قانون المختارين.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
