إن شركة J. Walter Thompson -- Middle East and North Africa (J W T -- MENA) E.C. المسجلة بتاريخ 21/2/2006، تحت رقم 2372 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/10/2018، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13685/2018، بأنه تقرر، في اجتماع لمجلس ادارة الشركة، المنعقد في 10/9/2018، تعيين السيد ديكران بدروس قلايجيان مديرا لمكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان خلفاً للسيد روي ميشال حداد الذي استقال من منصبه، وأعطي السيد ديكران بدروس قلايجيان أوسع الصلاحيات لإدارة المكتب المذكور.
