إن شركة GfK Media Reasearch Middle East SA المسجلة بتاريخ 18/4/2013، تحت رقم 2717 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،
قد صرحت بتاريخ 6/12/2018، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 18152/2018
، بأنها قد عدلت اسمها من GfK Media Reasearch Middle East SA -- ARA MRME، الى ARA--Media Middle East SA--ARA MRME وأصبح مركزها في جنيف، كما صار رئيس مجلس ادارة فرعها في لبنان السيد طارق عمار.
