ان شركة The Bank of New York Mellon المسجلة بتاريخ 18/6/1983، تحت رقم 895 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،
قد صرحت بتاريخ 22/1/2019، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1347/2019،
بأن مجلس إدارة البنك قد عين، في 713/2017، السيد Charles W. Sharf، بصفة مدير عام البنك، خلفا للسيد Gerald Hassell في هذا المنصب، ابتداء من 17/7/2017 وبنفس التاريخ عين المجلس السيد Sharf عضوا فيه. كما عاد وعينه، في التاريخ عينه، رئيسا للمجلس، ابتداءً من 1/1/2018،
لدى تقاعد السيد Hassell. وقرَّر البنك، إضافة الى ذلك، وإبتداءً من 16/7/2018، نقل مركزه من 225 Liberty Street, New York, New York, 10286 الى 240 Greenwich Street, New York, New York 10286.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
