إن وزير الشباب والرياضة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 247 تاريخ 7/8/2000 (دمج وإلغاء وإنشاء وزارات ومجالس)،

بناء على القانون رقم 629 تاريخ 20/11/2004 (تنظيم وزارة الشباب والرياضة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4481 تاريخ 27/10/2016 (تنظيم الحركة الرياضية والشبابية والكشفية),

بناء على إقتراح المدير العام للشباب والرياضة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

أولا: يُلغى القرار رقم 48/1/2019 المتعلق بتشكيل لجنة لإدارة رياضة الغوص والانقاذ.

المادة 2

ثانيا: يُعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره ويبلغ من يلزم.
