إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظة النبطية رقم 78 تاريخ 23/2/2017،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية عين قنيا - قضاء حاصبيا - محافظة النبطية منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام حاصبيا القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية عين قنيا حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
