ان شركة Timeware, Inc. المسجلة بتاريخ 19/2/2009، تحت رقم 2495 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 9/5/2019، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7811/2019، بأنها قد قرَّرت، بموجب اجتماع للمساهمين المنعقد بتاريخ 24/10/2018، عزل وإنهاء مدير فرع الشركة في لبنان السيد باتريك فرحات، وأنه، اعتبارا من 1/11/2018، لم يعد السيد باتريك فرحات موظفا في الشركة ولم يعد مدير فرعها في لبنان. كما قررت الشركة تعيين رئيسها السيد مايكل بيني فرحات Michael Beni Farhat بصفة مدير فرع الشركة في لبنان، مع منح هذا الأخير جميع مسؤوليات مدير الفرع في لبنان دون استثناء.
