إن شركة NEPTUN S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 9/3/2011، تحت رقم 2609 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/6/2019، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9148/2019،

وبموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس ادارة الشركة المنعقد في 8/5/2019، أنه تقرر بالإجماع إنهاء خدمات مدير مكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان السيد Stoian Victor ابتداء من تاريخ 27/5/2019 . كما تقرر بالإجماع تعيين السيد FLESARIU ADRIAN--NICOLE بصفة مدير المكتب التمثيلي المذكور ابتداء من تاريخ 27/5/2019، وتنتقل جميع الصلاحيات المتعلقة بعمل المكتب في لبنان الى السيد FLESARIU ADRIAN--NICOLE، بالإضافة إلى منحه صلاحيات أخرى ورد ذكرها في المحضر المشار إليه أعلاه.
