ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

وحيث ان مجلس بلدية الخريبة - قضاء بعبدا قد فقد اكثر من نصف عدد اعضائه،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان المتضمن قرارات الاستقالة رقم 1677 و607 و606 و473 و246/ب تاريخ 15/4/2019،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية الخريبة - قضاء بعبدا - محافظة جبل لبنان منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

ــ يتولى امين السر العام في محافظة جبل لبنان القيام بمهام مجلس بلدية الخريبة بدلا من محافظ جبل لبنان حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.
