إن شركة Sandoz Pharmaceuticals d.d المسجلة بتاريخ 12/5/2017، تحت رقم 2889 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل).

قد صرحت بتاريخ 7/6/2019، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8962/2019، وبموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المؤرخ في 8/5/2019، بأنها قررت عزل السيدة يولا جابر من منصبها وصلاحياتها الممنوحة لها بموجب التعيين والتوكيل السابق كمديرة للمكتب التمثيلي للشركة في لبنان وذلك اعتبارا من 28/2 2019 . كما عينت الشركة السيد دجوني طوني حبيقه بمثابة الوكيل القانوني باسمها ونيابة عنها بغية ادارة مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان اعتبارا من 1/3/2019، مع منح الوكيل الحقوق والصلاحيات الواردة في المحضر المشار إليه أعلاه.
