إن شركة FREY WILLE GmbH المسجلة بتاريخ 30/4/2005، تحت رقم 2338 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 25/6/2019، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9789/2019 . بأن مجلس إدارة الشركة قد اتخذ القرارات التالية بتاريخ 8/5/2016:

1 - إقفال فرع الشركة الكائن في لبنان بعد إقفال المتجر وشطب التسجيل من السجل التجاري والمحكمة ووزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة في لبنان.

2 - السماح لمدير الفرع في بيروت، السيد وسام المنى، بتنفيذ هذا القرار وتوقيع كافة المستندات اللازمة لهذا الغرض.

3 - يجوز لمدير الفرع توكيل شخص ثالث للتصرف نيابة عنه في مهامه وصلاحياته المذكورة أعلاه.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
