ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 1685/ب/2019 تاريخ 3/7/2019،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية بطرماز - قضاء المنية الضنية منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام المنية الضنية القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية بطرماز حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
