إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف سيما المادة 146 منه،

وبناء على القرار الأساسي رقم 7144 تاريخ 30/10/1998 وتعديلاته المتعلق بالاعتمادات والبوالص المستندية،

وبناء على الصلاحيات التي تعود للحاكم بغية تأمين عمل مصرف لبنان استناداً الى مبدأ استمرارية المرفق العام،

يقرّر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يلغى الانموذج (MX 3) المرفق بالقرار الأساسي رقم 7144 تاريخ 30/10/1998 ويستبدل بالانموذج (MX 4) المرفق بهذا القرار.

المادة 2

يُعمل بهذا القرار اعتباراً من الوضعية الموقوفة بتاريخ 30/9/2019 .

المادة 3

يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
