إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ بعلبك الهرمل رقم 2230/ب تاريخ 19/7/2019،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية النبي عثمان - قضاء بعلبك - محافظة بعلبك الهرمل - منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ بعلبك الهرمل القيام بأعمال مجلس النبي عثمان حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
