إن شركة Olympus KeyMed International Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 15/12/2015، تحت رقم 2841 (بالتسجيل) فلي سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل).
قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/7/2019، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 11433/2019، بأنَّها قد قررت، في 29/3/2019، تعيين السيد Maurice Aloyse Anne Faber مديرا لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان للقيام بممارسة الصلاحيات الحصرية الوارد ذكرها في القرار المشار إليه أعلاه.
