ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بعبدا تحت رقم 2038429 تاريخ 21/7/2014 بإسم «الاطفال الموهوبون ش.م.م.» {Kids Talents S.A.R.L ممثلة بشخص السيد مصطفى حسن وهبه الذي يوقع عنها بالانفراد.

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الشركة المذكورة، والمسجل تحت رقم 1386 تاريخ 1/7/2019 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تمنح شركة «الاطفال الموهوبون ش.م.م.» "Kids Talents" ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر بإسم «دار الاطفال الموهوبون "Kids Talents" يتحمل مسؤوليتها السيد حسن مصطفى وهب، اللبناني الجنسية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
