إن وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/01/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 111 تاريخ 12/06/1959 وتعديلاته (تنظيم الإدارات العامة)، لا سيما المادة الخامسة منه،

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 50 تاريخ 17/10/2019 القاضي بالموافقة على مذكرة تفاهم تتعلق بمركز التكامل المتوسطي {Centre for Mediterranean Integration} للمرحلة الرابعة من العام 2019 الى العام 2022 وعلى تفويض وزير المالية أو من ينوب عنه بتوقيعها،

بناء على اقتراح مدير المالية العام،

يقرر ما يلي:

المادة 1

يفوّض مدير المالية العام السيّد الآن بيفاني بتوقيع مذكرة تفاهم تتعلق بمركز التكامل المتوسطي"Centre for Mediterranean Integrationللمرحلة الرابعة من العام 2019 الى العام 2022 .

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة وينشر بالجريدة الرسمية.
