إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد رياض الياس رحال المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع المحاسبة - محافظة بيروت المسجل برقم 4127/ق تاريخ 26/11/2019،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 10/12/2019،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يشطب، بناء لطلبه، اسم الخبير السيد رياض الياس رحال من جدول الخبراء المحلفين لدى المحاكم فرع المحاسبة - محافظة بيروت.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
