إن شركة الساحل العربي للتجارة والمقاولات ش.ذ.م.م. المسجلة بتاريخ 18/6/2012، تحت رقم 2669(بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 10/12/2019، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 18000/2019، بأنَّها قد قررت تعيين السيد إلياس داود الرَّحباني مديرا لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان بدلا من السيد جوزف إلياس معوض مع تفويض المدير الجديد بالصلاحيات اللازمة، وذلك بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المنعقد بتاريخ 1/9/2019 .

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
