إن شركة بنك الاستثمار ش.م.ع. الـمسجلة بتاريخ 12/12/2012، تحت رقم 2698 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).

قد صرحت بتاريخ 7/1/2020، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 180/2020، بأنَّها قد قرَّرت بموجب اجتماع لـمجلس الإدارة الـمنعقد بتاريخ 7/11/2019، الـموافقة على إعادة تكوين رأسمال فرع البنك في لبنان، وزيادته بما يتوافق مع القرار الوسيط رقم 13129 الصادر عن حاكم مصرف لبنان، بتاريخ 4/11/2019، وذلك بزيادة مقدارها 20% من قيمة رأسمال الفرع، بنسبة 10% خلال مهلة حدها الأقصى 31/12/2019، وبـنـسـبـة 10% اضافـيـة خـلال مهلة حدُّها الأقصى 30/6/2020 .

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلـم والخبر.
