إن محافظ البقاع،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 2074 تاريخ 20/12/2017 (تعيين الـمحافظ)،

بناء على الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 116 تاريخ 12ــ6ــ1959،

بناء على الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقـم 112 تـاريـخ 12/6/1959 (لاسيما الـمواد 35 و38 و39 منه)،

بناء على الفقرة 7 من الـمادة 7 من الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 111 تاريخ 12/6/1959،

بناء على مقتضيات الـمصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

يفوض رؤساء الـمصالح والدوائر الإقليمية في مركز الـمحافظة الواردة أسماؤهم ضمن الجدول الـمرفق بتوقيع الـمعاملات التالية:

ــ الاجازات الإدارية، الإجازات الصحية التي تقل مدتها عن شهر واحد.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به من تاريخ صدوره ولغاية 31/12/2020 .
