ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 ولا سيما الـمادة 50 منه،

بناء على قانون مقاطعة اسرائيل الصـادر بـتـاريـخ 23/6/1955،

استنادا الى احالة الـمديرية العامة للأمن العام رقم 94/أع/ص تاريخ 14/1/2020 والـمسجلة لدينا تحت رقم 83 تاريخ 21/1/2020،

بناء على اقتراح الـمدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تصادر نسخ كتاب بعنوان "L'ASCENSION ET LA CHUTE DE BACHIR GEMAYEL" تأليف JACQUES NERIAH ، وهو من الجنيسة الاسرائيلية ويمنع ادخاله وتوزيعه على الاراضي اللبنانية لـمخالفته قانون مقاطعة اسرائيل.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
