ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على إحالة محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 553/ب تاريخ 22/4/2020،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عـيّـن السيد بسام سعيد الغزال، بـاعـتـبـاره العـضـو الإخـتـيـاري الأكـبـر سـنـاً فــي بلدة الـمختارة مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد خالد عادل حصن الدين وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
