ان وزير الاشغال العامة والنقل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون البناء رقم 646 تاريخ 11/12/2004،

بناء على المرسوم 7964 تاريخ 7/4/2012 (شروط تأمين السلامة العامة في الابنية والمنشآت)،

بناء على اقتراح لجنة اعتماد المدققين الفنيين الوارد في المحضر رقم 69 تاريخ 11/12/2019 .

يقرر ما يلي:

المادة 1

تصنيف مكتب شركة الامان للهندسة ش.م.م. فئة ثالثة في التدقيق الفني للقيام بالمهام L,S,PS لمدة ثلاثة سنوات ويعتمد جهازه الهندسي الاساسي وفقا لما يلي:

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره ويبلغ الى من يلزم.

المادة 3

يلغى كل نص مخالف لمضمون هذا القرار.
