ان وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2096 تاريخ 16/12/1959 (تنظيم وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة) وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 60/1 ت تاريخ 13/5/2020 (تفويض رئيس دائرة الشركات بالتكليف السيدة انديرا حاطوم بالتوقيع على بعض المعاملات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الاقتصاد والتجارة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

الغي القرار رقم 60/1/أ.ت تاريخ 13/5/2020 المتعلق بتفويض السيدة انديرا حاطوم رئيس دائرة الشركات بالتكليف، بالتوقيع على المستندات الواردة في القرار المذكور.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار لمن يلزم ويعمل به فور صدوره.
