إن شركة GlaxoSmithKline Export Limited الـمسجلة بتاريخ 28/7/1998، تحت رقم 2018 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات )مكتب تمثيل(

قد صرحت بتاريخ 2/9/2020، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 12317/2020، بأنها قد عينت السيدة ندين نعمة لتكون رئيسة مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان مع صلاحية القيام بكل أو أي من الأعمال والأشياء الوارد ذكرها في سند التوكيل الـمعطى لها والصادر في 6/7/2020 . يسري مفعول سند التوكيل الـمذكور أعلاه اعتبارا من 1/4/2020، ويبقى ساري الـمفعول لغاية 31/3/2021 أو لغاية توقف توظيف الرئيسة من جانب مجموعة شركات GLaxoSmithKline أو عزلها من قبل الشركة، أي منها يحدث قبلا.
