ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020، (تشكيل الحكومة(،

وحيث ان مجلس بلدية حورتعلا ــ قضاء بعلبك قد فقد أكثر من نصف عدد اعضائه،

بناء على كتاب محافظ بعلبك الهرمل رقم 3192/ب تاريخ 14/10/2020،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية حورتعلا ــ قضاء بعلبك ــ محافظة بعلبك الهرمل ــ منحلاً حكماً للسبب الـمبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ بعلبك الهرمل القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية حورتعلا حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
