إن وزيرة الإعلام،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1016521 تاريخ 15/2/2013 بإسم «الاوسط".

بناء على الطلب الـمقدم من السيد محمد فوزي سعد، والـمسجل تحت رقم 3004 تاريخ 24/11/2016 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار(،

بناء على رأي الـمجلس الوطني للاعلام رقم 8 تاريخ 10/1/2020،

بناء على اقتراح الـمدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

تقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يمنح السيد محمد فوزي سعد، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار بإسم «الـمركز الاوسط للبحوث والنشر الالكتروني» يتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسه.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
