إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على إحالة محافظ البقاع رقم 1941/4 تاريخ 28/12/2020,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد علاء علي فاعور باعتباره العضو الإختياري الوحيد في بلدة العقبة ــ قضاء راشيا، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد احمد عقل عقل وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
