إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون السير رقم 243 تاريخ 22/10/2012، لا سيما الـمادتين /388/ و/411/ منه،

يُقرّر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُجمّـد العمل بأحكام الـمادة الأولى من القرار رقم 882 تاريخ 22/7/2020 (تحديد أوقات سير الشاحنات والصهاريج من محافظتي بيروت وجبل لبنان والتشدّد في قمع الـمخالفات الـمتعلّقة بها).

المادة 2

يُعاد العمل بأحكام الـمادة الأولى من القرار رقم 882 تاريخ 22/7/2020 بعد تاريخ 31/3/2021.

المادة 3

يُعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره ويُبلّغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
