إن شركة LAGARDERE SPORTS ASIA (HK) LIMITED الـمسجلة بتاريخ 15/4/2016، تحت رقم 2853 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات )فرع(،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 25/9/2020، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 14172/2020، بأنها قد قرَّرت، بموجب محضر اجتماع الـمدراء في الشركة الـمنعقد في 10 حزيران 2020، حلّ وتصفية فرع الشركة في جبل لبنان نهائيا، وتعيين الآنسة Gristina Emmanuel D'Alessio كمصفية للفرع الـمذكور، وتفويضها لاستلام حسابات وسجلات الفرع، وتسوية كافة الديون والالتزامات الـمستحقة للغير، واستيفاء كافة الـمستحقات لـمصلحة الفرع الـمذكور، وعموما تفويضها بأوسع الصلاحيات لتنفيذ ما سبق.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلـم والخبر.
