إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في لبنان الشمالي تحت رقم 3012476 تاريخ 2/5/2017 بأسم شركة بيداغوجي ش.م.م. التي يوقع عنها السيد هاني حسن حامد.

بناء على الطلب الـمقدم من الشركة الـمذكورة، والـمسجل تحت رقم 2064 تاريخ 19/9/2019 (طلب انشاء الدار).

بناء على اقتراح الـمدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

تقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

تمنح شركة بيداغوجي ش.م.م. Pedagogy ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر بإسم Pedagogy Publishers P2.

المادة 2

يتحمل السيد هاني حسن حامد مسؤولية الدار.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
