إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ النبطية بالتكليف الدكتور حسن محمود فقيه رقم 2445/2019 تاريخ 13/11/2020 والـمتضمن اقتراح تكليف مختارين من بلدات لا يوجد حدود مشتركة بينها وبين بلدة هونين،

بناء على اقتراح محافظ النبطية بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُكلف مختاري بلدة رب ثلاثين السيد محمد فقيه والسيد محمد حمود لـمواكبة اعمال التحديد والتحرير في بلدة هونين.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
