إن وزير الزراعة،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 31 تاريخ 18/1/1955 (تحديد مهام وزارة الزراعة(،

بناء على الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 97/83 تاريخ 16/9/1983 وتعديلاته )دمج مؤسسات عامة بوزارة الزراعة...)،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/6/1994 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة وتحديد ملاكها...)،

بناء على القانون رقم 778 تاريخ 28/11/2006 (قانون الحجر النباتي وتدابير الصحة النباتية(،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يلغى إخضاع تصدير الحمضيات الطازجة على اختلاف انواعها إلى إذن تصدير مسبق يصدر عن وزير الزراعة.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره، ويلغى أي نص آخر يتعارض مع مضمونه.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ من يلزم.
