ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 وتعديلاته (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الإختيارية الصادر في 27/11/ 1947وتعديلاته لا سيما المادة (21) منه،

بناء على قرار مجلس شورى الدولة رقم 133/2020 - 2021 تاريخ 16/3/2021 القاضي بإبطال قرار كف يد المختار فواز عبد الكريم العيتاوي،

بناء على إقتراح المدير العام للادارات والمجالس المحلية بالتكليف.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تعدل المادة الأولى من القرار رقم 948 تاريخ 10/6/2019 بحيث يلغى كف يد مختار بلدة لاسا قضاء جبيل السيد فواز عبد الكريم العيتاوي،

والباقي دون تعديل

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ فور صدوره.
