إن شركة Alcatel Lucent France المسجلة بتاريخ 26/10/1984، تحت رقم 909 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/5/2021، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10927/2021، بأن مجلس ادارة شركة Alcatel Lucent International، والمعروفة سابقا باسم Alcatel Lucent France ، قد قرر، في 11/9/2019، بالاجماع، اقفال فرع الشركة في لبنان، وفوض الى المدير العام المسؤول عن هذا الفرع السيد روجيه وليم الغريب كل الصلاحيات لكي يقوم، أمام السلطات الإدارية في لبنان، بالإجراءات اللازمة لإقفال الفرع المذكور.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
